Made 3 appointments to be fingerprinted for CWP for 8/20. Drive 1 hour one way and the office was CLOSED with several other irritated people that had appointments. This is absolutely ridiculous. Complete FAIL on customer service! Google says open until 5 today, the sign on the door says open and the schedule allowed you to schedule. 2 hour drive and a waste of gas for nothing!!! If you werent going to be open then you should have had enough decency to call and tell the people that had appointments.

Harassed and asked to leave office

I was at the IdentoGo location in Northbrook. I came in for TSA pre-check validation. The process took approximately 4 minutes. I was then asked to pay. I stated my husband paid on line prior to the appointment. I was told that if I could not provide proof of payment in exactly 30 seconds I needed to leave the office. I proceeded to contact my husband on the phone to obtain the payment code from him. A manager came into the room we were being processed and told us to leave immediately. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A RATING OF -5 IT WOULD NOT BE LOW ENOUGH.

I misunderstood a question

After going through so many loops to speak with a person, I finally spoke to a human being that quickly resolved the issue. Not at all happy about trying to speak with a person, l would advise of getting rid of the road map that person has to go through just to reach ones destination. Hats off to the female that helped me.

Fingerprints

I went to have my prints done in July, and I still don't have them. I call the numbers i was given, but they do not work one bit. Not only that, but I'm not understanding what's taking this so long to process. Furthermore, I don't know why they don't have no one you can talk to, Also I don't understand why It's taking this long. The worst ever, and I can't start work until I have them..

Identigo took my money for fingerprints that the organization I was applying to NEVER RECEIVED. I have called ALL the phone numbers and cannot talk to a human. I want a refund!DO NOTN\

Terrible NO customer service a ZERO

Refused service, Refused to honor my appointment which was verified in email and text. Rude unprofessional arrogant people who refused to identify themselves. Threatened me with trespass, I said go ahead, threatened to call the police, I said go ahead. Bully tactics with threats. They have a Government contract and have no code of ethics. Liars, Never Never go there they cannot be trusted. These people should not be handling anyone's personal information.

I called in and paid for my indentigo background check and I sent in my fingerprints but I received all my paperwork bk stating that I had a incorrect barcode but it's the barcode that's on my email that I printed out from indentigo that y'all sent

Complain

I drove 45 minutes to my appointment. I arrived 30 min. Early. NO ONE was there. I waited outside for 1 hr with other people who also had appointments. No one showed up. Noone answers phones at identogo and no email. An awful waste of my day. I now see there are hundreds of other complaints of identogo locations especially this one in brick,nj. Awful company. You need to hire phone staff and close these locations. Now I have to go online to start this process all over.

Fingerprint

I paid for and had my finger prints taken on May 5, 2022 and there still isn’t a status update of them being complete as of yet. I am trying to find out why and how much longer it will take. This is holding me up from getting a job.
